Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A1:  we are Manufacture factory's export department . major in exporting and manufacturing tyres and tubes many years.

Q2:How about sample policy? 
A2:If we have the sample in stock .we will provide free sample to you.
If we don't have in stock ,then you should pay the sample cost. But the sample fee will be refund to you after confirm the order. 
 
Q3:Which shipping way is available and how to track? 
A3:By sea to your nearest port,By air to your nearest airport ,By express (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS) to your door.,we will provide you a tracking number after sent out  then you can know clearly the status of the package.  
 
Q4:Which payment way is workable? 
A4: Western Union,  T/T / L/C(30% T/T at order confirmation, 70% T/T before shipment.) 

Q 5: Can I have my own customized product?
A5: Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark are welcome.

Q6. How about your delivery time?
Bulk order is 25-30 days after deposit, or according to the order quantity .

Service:

1. To help customers choose products and quality suitable for the local market and provide customers with the most competitive prices.
    To help the customers to design the packaging. Confrim the order of all products, packaging details,delivery time with the customers.
    After confirming all the details, the customers make payment to prepare for production.


2.  To report the production progress to the customers every three days, take pictures and videos for the customers.
     If the customers adjusts the order in production, we will do our best to meet the customer's adjustment requirements.
     Delivery on time and packing according to customer's requirements. When packing, we must take photos and videos to the customers,
     or directly video with the customers to supervise the packing process.


3. about the damaged goods , customers provide pictures and videos, we will pay directly.if the damaged goods value is big, The customers send          back the sample. We  will go to the National Quality Inspection Center for inspection and issue an inspection report. If it is confirmed  that it is a          quality problem, we will compensate according to the customer's requirements.meanwhile , we will arrange the manager and engineer to face-
    to-face inspection with the customer. If it is confirmed that it is a quality problem, we will compensate according to the customer's requirements.
